Facials are a therapeutic and relaxing treatment that help maintain and enhance the overall health and appearance of your skin. Most facial treatments consist of the same basic steps including:
Cleansing: Removes dirt, oil, and other impurities from the skin's surface.
Toning: Removes any residual impurities and normalizes the skin's ph balance which improves product penetration.
Analyzing: The esthetician analyzes your skin in order to select the appropriate treatments and products.
Exfoliation and/or Extraction: Application of enzymes or topical exfoliants to remove the outermost layer of damaged or dull cells from the skin's surface. Extraction involves manual cleaning of the pores to remove trapped sebum or debris.
Massage: Relaxing massage of the face, neck and shoulders.
Individualized Treatment Masque: The esthetician will select a personalized treatment masque for your unique skin type and conditions.
Moisturize & Protect: The esthetician will choose and apply the appropriate moisturizer and sun-protection for your skin type.
